Items must be on sale in the Encore Items online store for at least 90 days to ensure proper marketing of the items. If the item does not sell within 90 days, the seller may decide to continue the sale or cancel it.

Payments are made to the seller's bank account within 1-2 business days after we have received the product and validated that it matches the description.

If you choose to have Encore Items purchase your item, you will be paid via bank transfer within 1-2 business days after receiving, assessing the condition, and authenticating the item.

A commission sales agreement is signed with the seller, which secures the products in our showroom.

To sell in our online store, you need to pay an authentication fee of 25€, which we use to verify the authenticity of the product. The authentication of each subsequent product in one authentication session is 10€.

We will add our own commission to the price request, which is:

• For products priced up to €999, the commission is 35%.
• For products priced between €1000 and €2499, the commission is 20%.
• For products priced between €2,500 and €4,999, the commission is 15%.
• For products priced between €5,000 and €6,999, the commission is 10%.
• For products priced over €7,000, the commission is 7% .

However, it is important to note that we look at each product individually, assessing its condition and current market price. This is to ensure that the product finds a new owner.
